Education
- Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the commercial maritime and/or industrial markets.
Additional Skills
- A working knowledge of Valves and Valve Actuators
- A general knowledge Test Equipment, Sensors and Instrumentation
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Customer Focus: Deep understanding of customer needs and a commitment to meeting and exceeding their expectations.
- Sales Acumen: Strong sales skills with the ability to identify opportunities, close deals, and achieve targets
- Market Insight: Knowledge of the industrial markets, including industry trends and competitive landscape.

Additional requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license as well as a good driving record
