About Us
Advanced Integrated Technologies (AIT) is a marine technical services contractor specializing in the maintenance, repair, alteration and installation of Hull, Mechanical and Electrical shipboard equipment/systems onboard U.S. Naval ships and submarines. AIT has been providing ship alteration and maintenance support to the U.S. Navy since our inception fourteen years ago and has acquired a reputation that encompasses our corporate philosophy: “Servicing the ships that serve our country!”
We have a documented history of high-quality support and have been awarded several contracts from the Naval Surface Warfare Centers for ship habitability, machining and welding services and modernization efforts. We are currently supporting MARMC, SWRMC, NSWCPD, NSWCDD, MSC, NAVSEA and various private shipyards and other activities. As our customer base has grown, we have assembled a cadre of skilled supervisors with experience in managing complex repairs and equipment modernization. AIT is a certified Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned, Small Business, the winner of the 2014 Nunn-Perry Award from DoD Office of Small Business and a 2015 Honoree recipient of the Hampton Roads “Roaring 20” award for small businesses.

AIT has broad experience in all aspects of performing Continuous Maintenance Availabilities and brings decades of combined vessel maintenance and repair service expertise to every task. AIT also has the quality organization and methods in place that have been thoroughly inspected and approved by MARMC, including a comprehensive inspection and approval of internal controls for our QMS, Weld Procedures, Braze Procedure, QA Training Program and VT/NDT Processes. Our QMS amply demonstrates our ability to provide a product that meets customer and applicable regulatory requirements while addressing customer satisfaction through effective continual improvement and the prevention of nonconformity. AIT has over 25 approved weld procedures, NDT procedures that include Visual (VT), Liquid Penetrant (PT), Magnetic Particle (MT) and Ultrasonic (UT) testing, along with a solid calibration system.
We are an ABR holder that operates in a 30,000 square foot facility that is equipped with machinery and equipment to accomplish any industrial requirement related to machining, welding, repairs, and complete fabrication. Combined with over 30 years of fabrication experience and state-of-the-art equipment, our team of expert craftsmen can help with a wide range of custom fabrication and welding services that include:
