About Us
Industry Preservation is a VSRA member with a satisfactory audit for coatings. IP is an AMPP Corporate member. IP employs seasoned veterans of the shipyard industry to provide services including, but not limited to, SSPC standards SP-1 Pre-surface preparation (cleaning: degreasing and power washing), Surface preparation SP-2, SP-3, SP-11, SP-15, (Hand Tool and Power Tool cleaning), SP-5, SP-6, SP-10, and SP-18 Blast cleaning. Brush and roll painting as well as airless and plural spray capability utilizing SSPC/AMPP Certified personnel with current certifications in CAS level 2 (C-7/C-12), C-14 Plural component operation and application, Paint inspection (NBPI as well as a NACE Certified coating Inspector with a Quality Control Supervisor certification). Quality Assurance maintains equipment calibrated by SCI.
