Tradesperson of the Year Nominations Are Available!

NOMINATIONS ARE NOW OPEN!

You can download the nomination forms here. Please be sure to watch the video on the webpage to ensure your nomination has the best chance of success, as it provides important tips for avoiding any redactions that could affect the evaluation process.

Nomination forms will be accepted by VSRA from August 29th to October 11th.

Established in 2006, the Virginia Ship Repair Foundation’s Tradesperson of the Year Awards recognize excellence in the ship repair industry workforce. Each year, we receive numerous nominations in two categories: the Junior awardee for those with less than 5 years of trade experience, and the Senior awardee for those with 5 years or more of trade experience.

We deeply value the vital role our tradespersons play in ensuring the strength of our Naval defense. Help us recognize the best in their field!
