Emergency First Response meets regional workplace compliance standards in CPR, AED and First Aid training. Emergency First Response courses encompass CPR and first aid skills, and incorporate Automatic External Defibrillator (AED) training and emergency oxygen use. This course is tailored to the shipyard environment and includes Bloodborne Pathogen training and shipyard environment awareness.
This course meets OSHA Guidelines 29 CFR 1910.151 compliance standards for workplace safety at the local, regional and national levels. Courses follow Guidelines 2005 for Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and emergency cardio-pulmonary care standards set by the Basic Life Support (BLS) Working Group of the International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation (ILCOR).
