Contracts Committee Meeting

The Contracts Committee will meet the first Thursday of each month at 8:30 a.m., at the VSRA Offices, 101 W. Main Street, Suite 5500 (5th Floor East), Norfolk, VA  23510.  We are located in the World Trade Center building.

Parking is available in the Town Point Parking Garage on Main Street directly across the street from the World Trade Center building.  Please bring your parking ticket with you for validation.

VA Technical Instructor Ship Yard Tour

On August 1st, 2013 VSRA and Colonna's Ship Yard will be hosting a presentation on ship repair occupations and tour of a ship yard for welding and electrical instructors of the VA Assoc. of Trade and Industrial Educators. Association memebrs may register here for the event.

Security Committee Meeting

The Security Committee meets the first Tuesday of every odd month at 10:00 a.m. at the VSRA Office, 101 W. Main Street, Suite 5500 (5th Floor East), Norfolk, VA  23510.  We are located in the World Trade Center building.

The Human Resources Committee meets the first Wednesday of each month at 11:00 a.m., at the VSRA Office, 101 W. Main Street, Suite 5500 (5th Floor East), Norfolk, VA  23510.  We are located in the World Trade Center building.

The Safety & Environmental Committee meetings are on the 2nd Thursday of every ODD month at 9:00 a.m. at the VSRA Office, 101 W. Main Street, Suite 5500 (5th Floor East), Norfolk, VA  23510.  We are located in the World Trade Center building.

Quality Management Board (QMB) Meeting

The QMB / Quality Assurance Committee  combined meeting will be held on the second Tuesday of every ODD month starting at 9:00 a.m., at the VSRA Offices, 101 W. Main Street, Suite 5500 (5th Floor East), Norfolk, VA  23510.  We are located in the World Trade Center building.  The QA Committee session will begin immediately following the QMB session.

Going Global Defense Initiative

The Going Global Defense Initiative from VEDP-International Trade leverages federal funding to mitigate the impact of defense spending cuts on Virginia’s economy. Between July 1, 2013 and June 30, 2014, $1.5 million is available to help Virginia’s defense-related companies diversify into new international markets.

VSRA General Membership Luncheon Meeting - CANCELLED FOR AUGUST

VSRA Board of Directors meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month, followed by a lunch meeting with the general membership. For the month of August, 2012, the VSRA General Membership Luncheon Meeting is cancelled in lieu of the VSRF Golf Tournament.
